Ken Dickson

I can remember on my 12th Birthday I was given a Brownie 127 Camera, an innovation of its time and I became very enthusiastic, if not proficient, in using the magic box. Since then, I have used about every format of camera available and note to day there are some passionate photographers who still insist on using traditional Roll Film cameras for their images. Having progressed to the Digital Age, it does have advantages in that you get “Instant Results” and there is no waste of film on unwanted shots. My collection of images represents a passion I have for capturing London and its blend of 2000 years of History, sometimes finding beauty in the mundane but not frightened to introduce an element of intrigue by using modern-day techniques.
